Hi! My name is Emma Bonthius and I am the ‘Bon’ behind Bongo!

Since completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, I’ve been working in marketing and project management roles where I experiment with marketing strategies in a variety of industries and improve business operations through process optimizations.

In addition to my business background, I attended the Fundamentals of Coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute where I learned and practiced the concepts and skills I have founded my coaching framework upon.

I am excited to combine my business and marketing expertise with the fundamental coaching skills I’ve learned to empower creative entrepreneurs. My dream is to make creating and growing a business an enjoyable experience and give business owners the freedom to focus on their creative journey.

My approach to business coaching with Bongo focuses on creating judgement free, collaborative relationships with business owners to identify their purpose and goals and provide them with the tools and support to achieve them. I can’t wait to meet you and support your vision for your business!
